After 14 years as an independent company, we joined with Compass in 2019 to be able to provide our clients with the best of both worlds – a real estate team steeped in local knowledge and expertise, with access to tremendous programs like Compass Concierge and Bridge Loans.

If you want an amazing agent who also makes you feel like you are the only client they have, who gets you top dollar for your place and then gets you a screaming bargain in a competitive market - in Lafayette no less! I contracted with Ken to be a listing agent on a Walnut Creek townhome because of his years of experience and local knowledge.
